Study Visit
From 17 to 19 September 2025, a delegation of colleagues from Belgium (Wallonia), France, Italy and Liechtenstein visited the BIBB to discuss workplace learning.
The delegations consisted of the individual coordinators for the European Agenda for Adult Learning and experts from the field of adult and vocational education.
The study visit was designed by the team at the National Coordination Office for the European Agenda for Adult Learning in Germany.
The programme was designed according to the participants' wishes:
- Insights into adult and continuing education in Germany
- Insights into the use of micro credentials in adult education in Germany
- Insights into dual initial and continuing training and dual study programmes in Germany
- Visit to the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts with a guided tour of the workshops on mechatronics, solar technology and heat pumps, painting and woodworking
- Expert discussion with Telekom on the practical implementation of dual study programmes
