Event registrations
The NA at BIBB offers various event formats for which interested parties can register. Registration is usually possible via a registration form on the website. Depending on the event and contact method, different personal data is collected and transmitted. These are usually

Your name
Your address
Your e-mail address
Whether you require barrier-free access
This data is required as part of the event organisation to ensure smooth registration and participant management. In addition, depending on the event, event-specific data may be collected and transmitted in order to take into account the interests and needs of the participants.
Your consent is obtained for the processing of the data as part of the registration form submission process and reference is made to this privacy policy.
In the event registration forms, NA also asks BIBB for your consent to take photos and videos and to use your contact details. You can revoke this consent at any time (Art. 7 General Data Protection Regulation). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Art. 7 III S.2 General Data Protection Regulation).
Depending on the event, all data provided will be transmitted to the event organisers within NA at BIBB or to external event service providers, where it will be processed and stored.
